Carol Walk 2017


This years traditional Carol Walk took place at the Moor Pool Hall on Sunday December 17th. The weather was cold and there were still patches of ice on the pavements following a fall of snow 2 weeks previously. Following warm up carols in the hall, the carollers led by Sal Bourner Chair of the MRA set off around the Circle, along Park Edge, Ravenhurst Road, Moor Pool Avenue, West Pathway, back to the Circle and finished at the Hall for a welcome tot of mulled wine.


As usual local resident Geoff Salminen of North Pathway led the carol singing playing his accordion.
