Centenary - Moor Pool History

In 2007 the Estate celebrated its Centenary. The Moor Pool Residents Association led on celebrating this landmark event. The Moorpool Players put on a special performance re-enacting the opening ceremony. Norma Mason a stalwart of the Players can be seen holding the original sod cutting spade used by Margaret Nettlefold at the opening ceremony.
